IMMEDIATE opening for an experienced Architectural Design Manager to join the team of a well-respected, well-established Design/Build firm in the mid-west.

• Responsible for developing and overseeing the design process to ensure an effective outcome

• High-level oversight of the design process, schedule & deliverables

• Strong communication skills between design team, management & clients

• Leadership, creative thinking, forward thinking and drive are core attributes for this position

• Prior experience in homebuilding required
